Hazelnut and Cacao Glacage

Semi shiny glacage, characterised by excellent flavour with a prevalence of the hazelnut on the cocoa note. Highly suitable for gelato cakes. According to the storing temperature, it could be advisable to warm it up at a temperature of approx. 30-35°C.
